Wisconsin public transportation systems have generally lagged behind other US transportation systems in accomodating bicycles. Here is a list of known systems that do carry bicycles:

Metra runs trains between Kenosha and Chicago. It allows bicycles during non-peak hours.

Kenosha has racks on most buses. It is expected that Racine buses (with the same operator) will soon start to add racks.
